Room occupancy policy

• Please reduce Rs. 500/- for single occupancy,
• Max 3 Adults only.
• Meal Supplements @ 400/- per person per meal,+5% Service Charge & + 4.944% Service Tax

Child & Infant Policy

• Infants and Children below the age of 5 years without extra bed will be complimentary.
• Chidren between 5- 12 yrs without extra mattress @ 500/- + 7.416% tax per day on CP.
• Chidren between 5- 12 yrs with extra mattress @ 1000/- + 7.416% tax per day on CP.
• Above 12 years @ 1000/- + 7.416% tax with or without extra mattress on CP.

Meal Plan

• All meals will be served at the main restaurant.
• C.P - Room + Breakfastli

Check-In / Check-Out Time

• White coral: Check-in Time - 10:00 AM and check-out time is 08:00 AM.
• Early check-in and Late check-out is subject to availability.
• Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out will be charged one night's room rate.

Bookings Terms and Conditions

• Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified cutt-off date after which they will be released.
• Bookings confirmed only after 100% payment in advance.
• Rates subject to change without prior intimation.
• Any hike/s in Govt. taxes the same would be charged accordingly over and above the room rates/ meals.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.
• 50% refund for cancellation received 08 days in advance or more.
• No refund for cancellation received less than 08 days in advance.
